Senior Accountant (Project Management)

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the Accounts Receivable function, including customer billing, cash application, and maintenance of accurate customer account records.
• Prepare and review month-end journal entries and perform balance sheet account reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Own assigned Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet accounts, including monthly variance analysis and explanations for management.
• Monitor AR activity and aging trends, partnering with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and support timely collections.
• Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation in compliance with company policies, internal controls, and applicable accounting standards.
• Assist in ensuring consistency and accuracy across financial reporting, including adherence to close timelines and review standards.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements to increase efficiency, accuracy, and visibility within AR and general accounting processes.
• Participate in special projects and ad hoc analyses as assigned.
