We’re looking for a detail-oriented Accounting Specialist to support day-to-day accounting operations across two related companies. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, stays organized, and can move comfortably between systems while keeping financial data accurate and up to date.

• Work across two company entities, recording transactions in both accounting systems
• Enter and reconcile corporate credit card expenses
• Set up projects and manage customer invoicing (AIA experience a plus)
• Perform bank reconciliations and enter daily deposits
• Enter purchase orders (POs) and work orders (WOs)
• Process accounts payable invoices
• Reconcile and track sales tax
• Assist with additional accounting and administrative tasks as needed

• Prior experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or similar financial support role
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Comfortable working in multiple systems and handling transactional accounting tasks
• Experience with AP, reconciliations, and invoicing required
• AIA billing experience is a plus
