We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist in St. Louis, MO. The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, thrives in high-volume environments, and brings strong knowledge of inventory-related AP processes.
As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you will be responsible for:- Process high volume of invoices (3,500–4,000/month), primarily inventory-related
- Perform manual, paper-based three-way match of PO, receipt, and invoice
- Assist with weekly check runs (average 200 checks/week)
- Maintain accurate records and support internal controls
- Strong experience with Inventory AP and PO invoice processing
- Proven ability to execute manual three-way match workflows
- Comfortable handling high-volume invoice processing
- Experience supporting weekly check runs
