+ Process invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports

+ Match invoices with purchase orders and receipts

+ Reconcile statements and resolve discrepancies

+ Perform data entry and accurately maintain financial records

+ Assist with payment runs and check preparation

+ Communicate with vendors to resolve billing issues

+ Support the accounting team with additional administrative tasks as needed

Requirements

Qualifications:

+ High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree in accounting or related field preferred

+

Experience with accounting software and Microsoft Excel

+ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

+ Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
