Love numbers, organization, and solving little accounting puzzles? We’re looking for a detail-loving Staff Accountant to join our finance team! This is your chance to put your GAAP and GASB know-how to work in a mission-driven environment where your precision and proactive mindset help keep everything running smoothly.

You’ll be the go-to person for making sure our financial records are spot on — from journal entries to reconciliations, AR/AP, and monthly closings. In a typical week, you might:

• Post journal entries and keep the general ledger tidy
• Reconcile bank and credit card statements
• Review vendor invoices for accuracy and proper coding
• Support billing, receivables, and cash applications
• Track fixed assets and record depreciation
• Help prepare financial reports, audit schedules, and analysis projects
• Keep our Net Suite records pristine and audit-ready
• Partner with teammates to improve systems and stay ahead of deadlines

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 2+ years of accounting experience (nonprofit or government experience? Even better!)
• Working knowledge of GAAP and GASB principles
• Comfort with ERP systems (Net Suite = major plus!)
• Excel wizardry (you know your pivot tables)
• Detail-oriented with strong communication and teamwork skills
• Integrity, curiosity, and a genuine passion for getting things right

Minimum salary starts at $52,676.01 with the possibility of additional compensation based on years of experience, demonstrated skills, certifications, and education.
