Summary:
Duties include assisting with our client's merger transition by reviewing monthly journal entries, auditing the accuracy of governance data used in the setup for post close franchise fee accounting and payment processes. The Accountant will be assisting with the review of test data to ensure accuracy of processes and analyzing variances to pre-merger activity.
* 3-7 years of experience
* Able to interact effectively with internal and external clients
* Strong analytical abilities
* Advanced MS Excel skills
