Key Responsibilities:
* Monitor and collect accounts receivable by contacting clients via telephone and email
* Researching issues on customer accounts and escalating internally as needed
* Identify slow-paying customers and recommend collection candidates
* Prepare and send monthly customer statements
* Manage cash application making sure all cash receipts are applied properly
* Process customer credit applications
* High School diploma/GED
* 3-5 years collection and accounts receivable experience
* Experience with Oracle a plus
