Senior Consultant, Outsourced Accounting Services

The Outsourced Accounting Services team is a trusted partner for organizations facing complex financial demands. • Manage multiple projects with overlapping deadlines
• Review and maintain clients' general ledgers
• Process or review accounts payable, including involvement with
• Review and approve journal entries
• Reconcile or review bank and credit card accounts
• Prepare or review depreciation schedules
• Assist with monthly and year‑end trial balance closings
• Support the preparation and review of monthly management reports and financial statements
• Review work of specialists and consultants
• Deliver virtual and on‑site outsourced accounting services
• Participate in software application implementation projects
• Facilitate training and development for associates and colleagues
• Provide coaching and technical guidance to associates

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related business field
• 2+ years of relevant experience in public accounting and/or organizational accounting operations, including accounting system workflows, financial statement preparation, and supervision of accounting, payroll, and sales tax functions
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

• 3‑4 years of relevant experience in public accounting and/or organizational accounting operations, including accounting system workflows, financial statement preparation, and supervision of accounting, payroll, and sales tax functions
• Quick Books Pro Advisor designation
• Prior experience with Case Ware, Fixed Assets CS, and
• Experience working with Quick Books, Quick Books Online, Intacct, or similar general ledger software package
