Job Title: Staff Accountant

Pay: $60K-$70K

Hours: Monday through Friday, 8-5

As a Staff Accountant, you ll support month-end closing processes and help maintain financial accuracy across key accounts. You ll work closely with the finance team to deliver results that contribute to the company s success.

• Performing month-end closing activities to ensure accurate account reconciliations
• Managing and analyzing balance sheets, income statements, and variance reports
• Maintaining and reconciling fixed assets, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and the general ledger inventory
• Assisting with inventory cost management and manufacturing-related accounting tasks
• Supporting financial reporting and analysis to strengthen overall financial health

• 3–5 years of experience with month-end closing processes
• Background in manufacturing accounting, including cost analysis and inventory
• Proficiency in Oracle and MS Excel
• Bachelor s degree in Accounting
