What You Will Do:

• Handling several projects that have overlapping deadlines
• Process accounts payable, including  integration
• Post payroll journal entries
• Reconcile bank and credit card accounts
• Prepare and review depreciation schedules
• Assist with monthly and year-end trial balance closings
• Support the preparation and review of monthly management reports and financial statements
• Deliver virtual and on‑site outsourced accounting services
• Participate in software application implementation projects
• Facilitate training and development for associates and colleagues

Minimum Qualifications
:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related business field
• 2+ years of relevant experience in public accounting and/or organizational accounting operations, including accounting system workflows, financial statement preparation, and supervision of accounting, payroll, and sales tax functions
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred Qualifications
:

• 3-4 years of relevant experience in public accounting and/or organizational accounting operations, including accounting system workflows, financial statement preparation, and supervision of accounting, payroll, and sales tax functions
• Prior experience with Case Ware, Fixed Assets CS, and
• Experience working with Quick Books, Quick Books Online, Intacct, or similar general ledger software package
