- Account reconciliations
- Process check requests, ACHs and wires
- Resolve and research issues and discrepancies
- Assist with special projects
- 1+ years of experience in a similar role – AP Specialist/Coordinator
- Good knowledge base with day-to-day accounting
- Experience with Microsoft Excel and solid systems experience
- Reliable professional with a positive attitude
- Must have strong attention to detail and good organizational skills
- Enjoy learning new systems
- Solid team player and professional
