An amazing firm in public accounting firm with over 35 years of serving thier well established clients is seeking a Tax Manager to join its growing team.

Working with privately held businesses and business owners across construction, healthcare, hospitality, manufacturing, real estate, and professional services industries. • Manage and review tax engagements for privately held businesses and individuals
• Serve as a trusted advisor and primary contact for clients
• Review tax returns and work papers while providing guidance to staff
• Lead engagement planning, budgeting, and workflow management
• Mentor, develop, and coach team members
• Identify tax planning opportunities and provide proactive client solutions

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field
• 6+ years of public accounting tax experience
• Experience reviewing returns and managing client relationships
• Prior staff leadership or supervisory experience
