We're partnering with a well-established and growing organization in the St. Louis metro area to identify an Accounting Clerk who will play a key role in supporting daily financial operations.

What You'll Be Doing

+ Set up and maintain customer accounts and apply payments accurately

+ Manage accounts receivable collections and follow up on outstanding balances

+ Support credit processes, including reviewing credit reports (D& B or similar) and tracking references

+ Process vendor invoices and assist with check and ACH payment runs

+ Record daily banking activity, including deposits and transaction entries

+ Provide general office support, including coordinating vendor services and ordering supplies

Requirements

What We're Looking For

+ Experience in Accounts Receivable and/or Accounts Payable

+ Strong communication skills and confidence working with customers on collections and credit matters

+

Experience with ERP or accounting systems

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

+ High attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities

+ A proactive, dependable approach and willingness to take ownership of your work

+ Ability to work both independently and as part of a small, collaborative team
