Job Title: Accounts Payable Clerk
Pay: $20 - $25 per hour
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

As an AP Clerk, you'll be a key part of the finance team, focusing on accurate data entry and supporting the invoice processing workflow. You'll work closely with the finance department to ensure timely and precise handling of accounts payable activities.

What You'll Do
As an AP Clerk, you will be responsible for:

• Entering invoices into Oracle for payment processing
• Managing backlog of invoices during Oracle system transition and retirements
• Utilizing Excel to support accounts payable tasks, including formula-based work
• Ensuring data accuracy and integrity in all entries
• Supporting departmental audits and documentation needs

What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• Fast and accurate data entry skills
• Comfortability with MS Excel, including regular formula use
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Experience working with Oracle or similar ERP systems (preferred but not mandatory)
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
