Accounting Manager Accounts Payable

• Daily supervision of accounting specialists and accounts payable processors
  • Manage ADP time system
  • Prepare periodic reviews for staff members
• Overseeing AP & Billing:
  Managing the entire invoice processing lifecycle and payment runs.
• Reconciliation:
  Reconciling vendor payments and tracking budget spending in the general ledger.
• Internal Controls & Compliance:
  Ensuring compliance with tax regulations

• Education:
  
  Bachelor's Degree (Required) - A Bachelor of Science in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration is the primary requirement.
• Coursework Focus:
  Key courses should include Financial Accounting, Managerial Accounting, Auditing, Business Law, and Accounting Information Systems.
• 5-7 years of experience in accounting, with a minimum of 3-5 years specifically in accounts payable, billing or general accounting.
• Leadership experience: leading a team of 5-7 people.

Salary: $75,000 - $85,000 per year
