Senior Accountant

The Senior Accountant is responsible for overseeing key accounting functions, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and supporting compliance with nonprofit and healthcare regulatory requirements. This role plays a critical part in the monthly close process, audit support, and financial analysis, while partnering with operational leaders across the organization.

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or business field with concentration in Accounting/Finance required.
• CPA preferred.
• Five+ years of accounting experience required.
• Nonprofit, healthcare or senior living experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and nonprofit accounting.
• Experience with ERP Systems (e.g., Matrix Care, Sage Intacct, Net Suite, or similar).
• Advanced Excel skills required.
• Knowledge of Adobe preferred.
