Accounts Payable - Plaza Motor

Job Title

Plaza Motors in St. Louis is seeking a full time, temporary, Accounts Payable Clerk.

Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 – 4:30

Compensation: $25.00 - $28.00/hr

• Maintain accounting records
• Data entry, bookkeeping and other general accounting functions
• Compile and sort documents such as invoices and checks
• Maintain accounts payables/reconciliations
• Prepare and maintain vouchers, invoices, checks, account statements, reports, and other records

• Two to four years of related accounts payable experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Automotive/dealership experience is highly desirable; CDK experience preferred.
• General knowledge of basic accounting functions
• Ability to balance and reconcile financial transactions
• Proficient in all Microsoft programs; computer software, internet proficiency and general mathematical skills
