Responsibilities
- Maintain the integrity and accuracy of financial records through journal entries and reconciliations.
- Assist with month-end and year-end close activities for timely reporting.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements and management reports.
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and support regulatory reporting.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting required.
- At least one year of accounting experience at a financial services or mortgage banking institution required.
- Knowledge of GAAP.
- Proficiency with Excel.
- High degree of dependability.
