Corporate Controller- Clayton, MO

Confluent Holdings is an evergreen holding company that acquires and grows manufacturing and promotional-products companies for the long haul. We're looking for a Corporate Controller to own the standards, the close, and the finance discipline that keep our growing portfolio running clean.

• Own the consolidated month-end and year-end close across all operating companies - on time, every period.
• Prepare, analyze, and present consolidated financial statements to the CFO, executive team, and ownership.
• Set and enforce accounting policies, internal controls, and GAAP compliance across the enterprise.
• Lead the accounting integration of acquired companies, including ASC 805 purchase accounting.
• Oversee AR across the portfolio and manage our accounting shared-services relationship.
• Partner with auditors through the annual audit and build out the corporate accounting team.

• Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance (CPA and/or MBA a plus) and 7+ years of progressive accounting leadership (10+ preferred).
• Experience running accounting in a complex, multi-entity environment; holding company or PE-backed portfolio experience strongly preferred.
• Proven ownership of enterprise close, consolidation, and financial statement preparation.
• M&A integration experience, including ASC 805 purchase accounting (strongly preferred).
• Net Suite expertise, ideally in a multi-entity environment.
