Key Responsibilities
  • Track project costs daily using RCMS
  • Produce and organize daily cost reports with backup documentation
  • Complete project cost reconciliations
  • Process project‑related accounts payable
  • Create and submit timesheets to payroll
  • Fulfill site procurement needs
  • Track equipment and material usage
  • Secure travel accommodations for employees
  • Handle supply and equipment pick‑up and delivery
Desired Skills and Experience
  • Reliability and honesty
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products, Microsoft Teams, Copilot, and Adobe
  • General accounting background with experience in accounts payable, payroll, and billing
  • Clear and effective communication with staff and clients at all levels
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Resourcefulness and the ability to work well in a busy environment, both independently and as part of a team with minimal supervision
  • Ability to drive or fly to project site locations
  • Willingness to travel out‑of‑town more than 60% of the time
  • Flexible hours and some overtime required
  • Office hours are 40/week; field hours vary from 40–70/week (based on Task Order)
  • Valid driver’s license required; ability to operate project‑assigned vehicles
  • High school diploma required; college degree preferred but not mandatory
  • Preference for knowledge of RCMS cost control software
  • Excellent problem‑solving skills with the ability to apply logical reasoning
  • Must be able to perform duties above while working in a job office trailer or other remote office location
