Accounts Assistant
Forensic Treatment Center South,5300 Arsenal St. St. Louis, MO. 63139Semi-Monthly Salary: $1,467.39
* Starting Salary: $35,217.36
Thisisasecond-levelvocationalpositionaccountableforcompletingstandardaccountingtasks using established processes, procedures, and regulations. This is an Accounts Assistant position for the Cashiers office.
Responsibilities:
- Monitors client accounts, processes transactions for CIMOR, Revolving Fund, Activity Fund and MHTF.
- Documenting and maintaining client valuables and funds.
- Client admissions and discharges making sure that all personal items including cash are accounted for and returned to client upon discharge.
- Handling cash on a daily basis and documenting all transactions and maintaining all records for such transactions.
- Sells lunch tickets and stamps, distributes consumer pay checks and processes checks for the facility and client needs.
- Requirements of knowledge of CIMOR and SAM II.
