AP Specialist — Are you a detail-oriented accounting professional with a knack for managing vendor payments and optimizing accounts payable processes? • Manage accounts payable processes to ensure timely and accurate invoice processing and payment execution.

• Maintain vendor records, handle inquiries, and resolve payment discrepancies or disputes.

• Support the preparation and reconciliation of AP-related accounts and financial reporting.

• 1 to 3 years of experience in accounts payable or a related field, or a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
• Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and the ability to manage financial data with precision
• Proven proficiency in spreadsheet software, especially Microsoft Excel
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• High degree of accuracy, exceptional organizational skills, and keen attention to detail
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities

• Experience with accounting software and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems
• Prior experience performing reconciliations and handling audits
• Knowledge of vendor management and invoice dispute resolution

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
• 1 to 3 years of professional experience in accounts payable or financial administration

• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
• Willingness to assist with additional administrative tasks as needed
