Lead the numbers. Shape the strategy. We’re seeking a Corporate Accounting Manager to take charge of financial operations and drive real business impact.

In this role, you’ll manage day-to-day accounting functions, ensure compliance with US GAAP and IFRS, and provide insights that guide business decisions. This is a hands-on role that combines accounting expertise with collaboration across departments—ideal for someone who enjoys streamlining processes, leading audits, and contributing to projects like budgeting, payroll, and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate monthly journal entries in line with accounting standards and deadlines
• Oversee A/P, A/R, fixed assets, and general ledger activities
• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and use tax filings
• Maintain tax relationships and ensure regulatory compliance
• Apply tax expertise to support accurate reporting and filings
• Lead annual audits, preparing all schedules, statements, and documentation, and implementing improvements
• Produce and review key financial statements, including the Income Statement and Balance Sheet
• Track budgets, analyze variances, and recommend adjustments to meet targets
• Provide insights to improve resource allocation and support strategic goals
• Develop and maintain internal controls to safeguard assets and prevent fraud
• Ensure proper documentation, approvals, and compliance with all regulations
• Partner with teams to manage costs, improve procurement, and enhance efficiency
• Oversee payroll processing, expense management, and compliance with labor laws
• Manage insurance and risk programs

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 5+ years of progressively responsible accounting experience.
• Solid understanding of accounting rules, tax laws, and compliance requirements
• Experience working with different departments to manage finances and reduce costs
• Comfortable setting up and using financial systems and automation tools
• Well-organized and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
