In this role, you will manage job cost tracking, billings, change orders, and WIP reporting while partnering closely with project managers and field teams. You will prepare financial reports, monitor budgets, and ensure accurate, timely project financials. Responsibilities- Manage project‑level accounting for concrete construction jobs, including job cost tracking and budget monitoring
- Prepare, review, and analyze project cost reports, forecasts, and variance explanations for project managers
- Process project billings, change orders, lien waivers, and subcontractor pay applications accurately and on time
- Coordinate closely with operations and field teams to capture labor, equipment, and material costs
- Support month‑end close activities, job reconciliations, and work‑in‑progress (WIP) reporting
- Ensure compliance with company accounting policies, contracts, and construction industry standards
- Assist with audit requests, documentation, and financial reporting related to projects
