The opportunity
Delaware North Sport service is hiring for a highly organized and detail-oriented full-time Catering Administrator to join our team at Busch Stadium in St. Louis, Missouri. As a Catering Administrator, you will be essential to keeping our team running smoothly and efficiently. While this position plays an important part in event coordination logistics, it is not an event-planning role. Instead, the focus is on administrative support, communication, inventory tracking, and behind-the-scenes organization.
Pay$20.00 – $23.00 / hour

What will you do?- Serve as the primary administrative support for the Catering department.
- Schedule catering staff for all special events and maintain accurate staffing calendars.
- Manage and track linen inventory for catered events.
- Maintain and update catering calendars, event contracts, and payment information.
- Assist the Catering Manager with daily tasks and general department needs.
- Support event set-up as needed.
- Create and print menu labels for all catered food service.
- Assist with inventory of china, glassware, silverware, and other catering supplies.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in administrative work.
- Effective problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changes quickly.
- Hospitality experience preferred, especially in catering, events, or food & beverage.
- Proficiency with scheduling tools, calendars, and basic office software is a plus.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods of time and occasionally bend, stoop, reach, and kneel.
