This is a non-instructional position working in an office setting. Primary responsibilities include supporting the diagnostician, PEIMS secretary, special education supervisor, and the department in a variety of ways. Provide assistance with legal forms and documentation to ensure efficiency and organization of the diagnostician and Special Education offices in a consistent manner. Assist in completing needed tasks including, but not limited to copying, filing, updating records, distributing necessary paperwork and notices to parents and school personnel.
This position is in-person.
Education/Certification: High school diploma or GED
Experience: Previous clerical experience in an office setting

Skills:
- Ability to assist in organizing and maintaining multiple offices
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
- Computer skills
- Ability to lift 40 pounds
- Ability to transport self, files, and supplies among multiple campuses and administrative offices
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to be flexible and handle interruptions while maintaining attention to detail
- Ability to deal with a variety of personalities and maintain a professional demeanor
Salary determination will be based on verified relevant work experience. Minimum Salary $25,326 197 Days
