Job Title: Entry-Level Data Entry & Call Support Associate

Location: St. Louis, MO (Onsite)

Starting Pay: $15/hour

Experience Level: Entry Level (0–4 years)

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Entry-Level Data Entry & Call Support Associate to join our team in St. Louis. This is a great opportunity for someone starting their career or looking to gain office and customer service experience. Training will be provided!

• Enter information from multiple sources into databases and Excel spreadsheets
• Make and receive phone calls to collect, verify, and clarify information
• Provide simple status updates to customers or partners
• Document call notes clearly and professionally
• Review your work for accuracy and completeness
• Meet daily productivity and quality goals

• Strong attention to detail
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable making and taking phone calls
• Basic Microsoft Excel skills (data entry, sorting/filtering, simple formulas)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
