Overview
IST Management is seeking a Hospitality Supervisor to join the Downtown St. Louis team! The Hospitality Supervisor is responsible for providing hospitality/administrative support services in a Law Firm environment. Ideal candidates must have the ability to confidently interact with clients and visitors, possess excellent communication abilities, and are ready to grow in their professional career. Previous experience in a Hospitality, or Administrative role is a huge plus!

CompensationHourly Compensation: $ DOE
ScheduleSchedule: Monday-Friday 7:00am-4:00pm. Must have flexible work schedule to help support events in the evening and on weekends as needed.
ResponsibilitiesThe Hospitality Supervisor is responsible for providing hands on hospitality and administrative support services. Other duties include:
- Professional and friendly customer service; verbal and written interaction with internal and external clients
- Hospitality services:
Conference room management (i.esetting up/breakdown for meetings and events, arranging and moving tables/chairs, assist with catering orders, other related tasks as needed) - Consistently adhere to business procedure guidelines; take direction from supervisor
- Managing supply inventory and reconciliation of manifests to coincide with invoices.
- Participate in cross-training
- Maintain all logs and reporting documentation; attention to detail
- Adhere to all safety procedures; perform other tasks as assigned
Ideal candidates must have the ability to confidently interact with clients and visitors, possess excellent communication abilities, and are ready to grow in their professional career. Previous experience in a reception or administrative role is a huge plus! Other qualifications include:
- High School Diploma or GED required; authorization to work for any employer in the US required
- Microsoft Office proficiency required
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to effectively work individually or in a team environment; willingness to cross-train for other job functions
- Ability to meet employer's attendance policy
- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs on occasion
