We're currently looking for a responsible Service Coordinator to join our office team. This role supports daily admin operations, assists with accounting functions, and backs up the dispatcher as needed, including full dispatch responsibilities on Fridays.

Work Schedule

Monday through Friday, full-time position with flexible hours

Compensation

$21.00 - $26.00 per hour, depending on experience

Key Job Responsibilities
  • Perform general administrative duties, including data entry and document management
  • Assist with accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) processes
  • Utilize Quick Books for invoicing, payments, and recordkeeping
  • Review and maintain the accuracy of maintenance agreements and customer records in accounting and dispatch software
  • Support customer communications and internal coordination
  • Serve as backup dispatcher and handle full dispatch responsibilities on Fridays
  • Maintain organized and accurate office systems
Required Qualifications
  • Previous administrative experience in an office setting
  • Experience in HVAC, plumbing, or a similar trade is preferred, but not required
  • Experience with Quick Books
  • Working knowledge of accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
