Location: St. Louis

This position provides comprehensive administrative support to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the office. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including but not limited to, managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence and maintaining office systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet visitors and provide general office support.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls, emails, and mail.
  • Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings for staff.
  • Assist with the preparation of presentations, reports, and responses to Requests For Qualifications.
  • Order office and kitchen supplies and maintain an organized inventory.
  • Order food/drinks/catering for meetings and events as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Required

Skills and Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree or higher preferred.
  • Proven experience in an administrative or office support role.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of office procedures and equipment.
Preferred

Skills and Qualifications
  • Construction, Real Estate or similar field experience is a plus.
  • Experience with marketing related tasks such as graphic design, preparing reports and presentations, and assisting with visual content creation and design.

This is an in-person position with standard office hours M-F 8:00am-5:00pm.
