Position Summary

Provides general office, document preparation and administrative support for an individual, department, office or designated staff group. Hybrid after in office training period.


Job Description


Primary

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Provides administrative assistance to multiple faculty members.
  • Maintains faculty calendars, schedules meetings both in person and virtual. Assists with conference registration, travel arrangements and expense reimbursements according to guidelines.
  • Maintains physician curriculum vitae and Missouri/Illinois licensure.
  • Assists with physician re-credentialing of hospital privileges every two years.
  • Prepare correspondence as needed. Assists physician in completing forms, scans and faxes documents, prepares copies as needed, maintains files (electronic and hard).
  • Responds to EPIC tasks as needed.
  • Answers phone and greet visitors; responds to inquiries and provides information using established guidelines or refers to appropriate individual.
  • Receives, sorts and distributes mail.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

  • Three years of administrative support experience preferred
