Aboutthe Role
The Senior Executive Assistant will ensure priorities, communications, schedules, and key administrative activities are executed with excellence. This role creates order, drives follow-through, and anticipates needs so leadership can remain focused on customers, growth, strategic initiatives, and organizational performance. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift frequently and confidentiality is essential.
Responsibilities- Manage calendars, meetings, travel, and logistics for leadership.
- Coordinate priorities, schedules, and follow-up actions to ensure effective use of leadership time.
- Prepare agendas, meeting materials, presentations, and correspondence.
- Assist with confidential projects involving personnel, business operations, and company planning.
- Support the execution of the company's strategic initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes, organization, and efficiency.
- Serve as a central point of coordination between leadership, employees, customers, and external partners.
- Track commitments, deadlines, and action items to ensure timely completion.
- Facilitate communication and follow-through across departments.
- Maintain organized records, files, and key business documentation.
- Assist with coordinating company events, leadership offsites, travel arrangements, and special projects.
- Assist with reports, data collection, and presentation development.
- Exceptional organization and attention to detail.
- Strong follow-through and sense of urgency.
- Ability to anticipate needs and work independently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and business software systems.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
