Job Description Additional Information About the Role

St. Louis Children’s Hospital Foundation is looking for an Administrative Coordinator.

This role provides comprehensive administrative and operational support to a dynamic Philanthropy team, working closely with the Executive Director and a group of fundraisers. Key responsibilities include managing the Executive Director’s calendar, coordinating meetings and event logistics (such as agendas, materials, food, and supplies), processing expenses and purchase orders, and tracking budget activity.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and demonstrates strong professional communication skills, both written and verbal.

Monday-Friday, hybrid opportunity with expectations to be onsite at least twice per week.

Preferred Qualifications Role Purpose

Provides administrative support to the department(s) as assigned. Additionally, the role coordinates special/specific projects and programs as per department management.

Responsibilities
  • Types and distributes memos, correspondence and reports and composes documents as needed.
  • Coordinates and administers all office supplies and materials.
  • Schedules meetings and appointments, routes correspondence.
  • Provides support to office assistants as assigned.
Minimum Requirements Education
  • High School Diploma or GED
Experience
  • 2-5 years
Supervisor Experience
  • No Experience
Preferred Requirements Education
  • Bachelor’s Degree
