As an Office Assistant at Rockaway Home Care, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations within our office. Your primary responsibilities will include answering phones, assisting customers with inquiries, and providing support to our caregivers.

• Answering and directing phone calls to the appropriate departments.
• Assisting customers with their inquiries and providing exceptional customer service.
• Handling caregiver-related questions and concerns.
• Managing payroll-related inquiries
• Assisting with general office tasks as needed.

• Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a healthcare or CDS company.
