Location: St. Louis
Position Summary
Provides general office, document preparation and administrative support for an individual, department, office or designated staff group. Hybrid after in‑office training period.
PrimaryDuties & Responsibilities
- Provides administrative assistance to multiple faculty members.
- Maintains faculty calendars and schedules meetings in person and virtual.
- Assists with conference registration, travel arrangements and expense reimbursements according to guidelines.
- Maintains physician curriculum vitae and Missouri/Illinois licensure.
- Assists with physician re‑credentialing of hospital privileges every two years.
- Prepares correspondence as needed.
- Assists physician in completing forms, scans and faxes; prepares copies and maintains files (electronic and hard).
- Responds to EPIC tasks as needed.
- Answers phone, greets visitors and responds to inquiries, providing information per established guidelines or referring to appropriate individuals.
- Receives, sorts and distributes mail.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Job location:
Normal office environment; able to travel to various on‑ and off‑campus locations. - Three years of administrative support experience preferred.
- Physical effort:
Typically working at desk or table; repetitive wrist, hand or finger movement; occasional lifting (25 lbs or less). - Equipment:
Office equipment. - NOTE:

High school diploma or equivalent, or a combination of education and/or experience. - Certifications/Professional Licenses:

Grade G06‑H, $17.87 – $27.06 per hour. Salary is based on qualifications, performance, equity within the department, market rates and budget.
