Project Coordinator

Job Description

The Project Coordinator supports the successful planning, execution, and completion of projects by coordinating schedules, documentation, resources, communications, and project tracking activities. This role serves as a key liaison between project managers, internal teams, clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure projects remain on schedule, within budget, and aligned with project objectives. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

+ Coordinate project schedules and timelines to ensure tasks and milestones are completed on time.

+ Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including reports, records, and tracking logs.

+ Support project managers by organizing resources, preparing materials, and assisting with project planning activities.

+ Serve as a communication link between project managers, internal teams, clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.

+ Monitor project progress and support tracking activities to help keep projects within scope and budget.

+ Perform data entry tasks to ensure project information is captured accurately and consistently.

+ Provide customer-facing support by responding to inquiries and maintaining positive relationships with clients and stakeholders.

+ Assist with document control processes to ensure documents are properly stored, updated, and shared with relevant parties.

+ Contribute to project controls activities by helping track deliverables, timelines, and changes.

+ Support continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to streamline coordination and documentation processes.

Essential Skills

+ Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

+ Excellent attention to detail for handling documentation and data entry accurately.

+ Proficiency with the Microsoft Suite, including tools such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.

+

Experience with data entry and maintaining accurate project records.

+ Knowledge of document control practices for managing project documentation.

+ Customer service skills with the ability to interact professionally in customer-facing situations.

+ Ability to support project controls by tracking schedules, deliverables, and project status.

+ Clear verbal and written communication skills for coordinating with diverse stakeholders.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Saint Louis, MO.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $30.00/hr.
