Office Administrator/ Coordinator, Clerical, Admin Assistant
Location: St. Louis
Position Summary
Provides general office, document preparation, and administrative support for an individual, department, office, or designated staff group.
Responsibilities- Provides administrative assistance to multiple faculty members.
- Maintains faculty calendars and schedules meetings both in person and virtually.
- Assists with conference registration, travel arrangements, and expense reimbursements according to guidelines.
- Maintains physician curriculum vitae and Missouri/Illinois licensure.
- Assists with physician re‑credentialing of hospital privileges every two years.
- Prepares correspondence as needed.
- Assists physicians in completing forms, scans, and faxes, prepares copies, and maintains files (electronic and hard).
- Responds to EPIC tasks as needed.
- Answers phone calls, greets visitors, responds to inquiries, and provides information using established guidelines or refers to the appropriate individual.
- Receives, sorts, and distributes mail.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Education:
High school diploma or equivalent, or a combination of education and experience. - Work Experience:
Administration and Office Support (1 year). - Certifications/Professional Licenses:

Job Location:
Normal office environment at WashU with occasional on‑ and off‑campus travel. Physical effort:
Typically at a desk; repetitive wrist, hand or finger movement; occasional lifting of up to 25 lbs. Equipment:
Office equipment.
Grade G06‑H. Salary range: $17.87 – $27.06 per hour. Individual rates within the range will be determined by qualifications, performance, equity with others in the department, market rates, and department budget.
