Part-Time Receptionist – Creve Coeur, Missouri (St. Louis Area)

Stange Law Firm, PC is seeking a professional, dependable, and customer-focused Part‑Time Receptionist to join our team.
Position Details- Part‑time position (up to 29 hours per week)
- Monday‑Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
- Starting pay: $16.00 per hour
- Welcome and greet clients, prospective clients, and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer and route incoming telephone calls efficiently and courteously.
- Accept and process client payments.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
- Assist attorneys and staff with administrative tasks and special projects.
- Help ensure conference rooms and reception areas are prepared for client meetings.
- Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
- Perform other duties as assigned by Firm leadership.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
- Typing speed of approximately 35 WPM or higher.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Outstanding customer service skills.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Excellent attendance and punctuality.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Prior receptionist, administrative assistant, customer service, hospitality, retail, banking, or law firm experience is a plus, but not required.
- Flexible part‑time schedule (up to 29 hours per week).
