Part-Time Services & Facilities Assistant – Creve Coeur, Missouri (St. Louis Area)

Help Support One of the Nation's Largest Family Law Firms.

Stange Law Firm, PC has an immediate opening for a motivated, dependable, and detail-oriented Part-Time Services & Facilities Assistant. Our St. Louis-area headquarters is relocating from Clayton to our newly renovated Creve Coeur office on August 1, 2026, making this an exciting opportunity to join one of the largest family law firms in the country.

Position Details
  • Part-time position
  • Up to 29 hours per week
  • Monday-Friday
  • Flexible daytime schedule
  • Starting pay: $16.00 per hour
Responsibilities
  • Assist with inventory management and ordering office supplies for multiple office locations.
  • Help maintain the professional appearance and cleanliness of Firm offices.
  • Assist in ensuring offices remain safe, functional, and well-maintained.
  • Help coordinate office repairs and maintenance.
  • Assist with basic troubleshooting of office technology, computers, printers, lighting, security systems, and other office equipment.
  • Ensure conference room technology, telephones, and video conferencing equipment are functioning properly for meetings.
  • Maintain beverage stations and ensure refreshments are adequately stocked.
  • Coordinate and maintain relationships with vendors and service providers.
  • Assist with office moves, furniture setup, and other facilities-related projects as needed.
  • Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and general computer skills.
  • Typing speed of approximately 45 WPM or higher.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent attendance and punctuality.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Basic IT or technology troubleshooting experience is preferred.
  • Prior facilities, maintenance, office services, property management, or law firm experience is a plus, but not required.
