Admin Support Representative

We are seeking an Admin Support Representative to support our commercial operations team by communicating with residential and commercial customers, coordinating with the commercial service team to ensure service technicians have all necessary information, and maintaining customer portals after completion.

Job Responsibilities
  • Administrative office support, including answering telephone calls, utilizing various software systems, filing, scanning, and e-fax.
  • Assist the department manager with day-to-day activities and paperwork, including customer-planned maintenance programs.
  • Receive or verify vendor invoices and enter service tickets, sales leads, and sales orders.
  • Collect and process incoming cash and checks from technicians.
  • Multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment; overtime may be required.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned.
Job Qualifications
  • Proven ability to implement process improvements.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills and strong mechanical and mathematical aptitude.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with the customer and represent the company professionally.
