As a Repairs Coordinator your impact is two-fold:

For the customer, your goal is to ensure every repair request and service call is handled promptly and professionally, from the first phone call to the follow-up after the job is done.

For the team, your goal is to keep the Hydraulic Repairs Department organized and on track. You'll manage schedules, coordinate service call logistics, maintain accurate records, and make sure our technicians have what they need to do their best work.

Responsibilities & Duties:
  • Administrate the repairs department including service tech schedules, open customer quote follow-ups, and completed order follow-up calls.
  • Respond to incoming calls regarding requests for hydraulic service calls.
  • Coordinate items needed for service calls and manage inventory returns.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Requirements & Qualifications:
  • High school diploma required; education or experience beyond high school preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to define problems, gather information, and draw sound conclusions.
  • Ability to interpret written and verbal instructions and work effectively with others.
  • Comfortable working with standard office tools including computers, phones, and Microsoft Office applications.
