You will join the decentralized research support services (SDAR) of the Clermont-Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes center of the Institut National De Recherche Pour L'agriculture, L'alimentation Et L'environnement (INRAE), which brings together numerous scientific units. These services provide, on behalf of the center, administrative, budgetary, financial, human resources, and logistical management necessary for the proper functioning of research activities. You will join the general secretariat composed of two executive assistants and two agents in charge of budget management.
Within the general secretariat and under the responsibility of the Director of Support Services, you will be in charge of the human resources management of the unit and will also provide support to the team in administrative and financial management. In this capacity, you will be responsible for the following activities:
Human Resources Management:
- Process recruitment of permanent, contractual, and trainee staff.
- Ensure the administrative management of individual files (part-time, absences, mobility, telework, etc.).
- Manage surveys and human resources-related systems.
- Set up and support staff in the use of the time management tool.
- Welcome new staff and support them in their administrative procedures.
- Inform and advise staff on regulations and procedures.
- Produce and monitor dashboards and indicators - Ensure the archiving of documents. Administrative and Financial Management:
- Process orders and track expenses.
- Organize professional trips (mission orders, reservations, expense statements).
A degree in human resources, administrative management, or a related field is expected. Previous experience in similar roles is desirable.
Skills:
- Proficiency in office and administrative management tools.
- Ability to manage administrative files, particularly in human resources.
- Organize and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Report on your activity.
