SSM Health Rehabilitation Hospital (a joint venture with Select Medical) is seeking a Case Management Assistant to support a 10-15 member case management team for 3 inpatient rehab hospitals with 125 beds.
Location:
Bridgeton, MO.
Schedule:
Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8am to 4:30pm, no weekends. Responsibilities include maintaining discharge calendars, coordinating schedules, greeting patients, coordinating follow-ups, precertification communications, and supporting billing and resources.
