Legal Administrative Assistant
The selected individual will have two major functions: provide legal administrative duties of a complex and confidential nature in support of senior staff members of the Office of the General Counsel; and support, manage, review and administer a large volume of agreements, contracts, and transactional documents for review by Assistant Vice Chancellor and Associate General Counsels.
Primary
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide a full range of legal administrative support to several attorneys and paralegals. Coordinate attorney calendars and scheduling; facilitate Continuing Legal Education and professional development sessions, registration with sponsoring organizations, recording of credits; business travel arrangements, expense reimbursement requests.
- Support, manage, review and administer a large volume of agreements, contracts, and transactional documents in support of several Assistant Vice Chancellor and Associate General Counsels in the Office of the General Counsel. Support, organize and manage documentation review processes from drafting through execution while monitoring for key contractual terms and workflows. Maintain an electronic legal contract management software system to track statuses and organize and maintain physical documents.

$25.47 - $39.49 / Hourly The salary range reflects base salaries paid for positions in a given job grade across the University.
