About the Role
Our client, a large financial-services organization in the St. Louis area, is adding two people to a nine-person document services team that handles imaging, digitization, and scanning for roughly a dozen business areas across the firm.
This is a production role, and most of the day is scanning. You'll prepare and scan documentation, index and route imaged files into the correct work streams, and handle some processing work along the way - but imaging is the core of the job, not a side task. Performance is measured on two things at once: quality and volume. The people who do well here are accurate, fast, and don't wait to be told what’s next.
If you're looking for an analyst, process-design, or management track, this isn’t that role. If you're good at high-accuracy production work and want a long runway - 15 months with extension available - in a stable, regulated environment, this is a strong fit.
What You'll Do
- Prepare, scan, and digitize physical and electronic documentation
- Index and input imaged documents into the correct work streams
- Support roughly a dozen internal business areas with document and imaging requests
- Perform processing work on a portion of the documents you handle
- Meet daily quality and volume targets - both are measured
- Flag documents that are incomplete, illegible, or don't match the expected format
- Work within established procedures and applicable compliance and records-retention requirements
- Take a proactive approach - identify what needs doing and act without waiting for assignment
What You Need
- High school diploma or GED
- 1-2 years of data entry, document processing, or comparable production experience
- High attention to detail with consistent accuracy under volume targets
- Comfort following defined processes and learning new systems quickly
- Clear communication and a self-directed working style
- Able to work fully onsite in the St. Louis, MO area, five days per week

- Experience with Kofax, Stellent, or comparable document capture and imaging platforms
- Experience navigating Salesforce
- Background in financial services, insurance, healthcare records, or another regulated document environment
