Semi-Annual Salary: $1,528.32
* Annual Salary: $36,679.34

(Saturday/Sunday Off) Work Area:
Material Management

St. Louis Forensic Treatment Center-North provides specialized care for clients diagnosed with mental illness. Receiving is looking for a detailed oriented Administrative Support Assistant to support the Material Management department.

Responsibilities
  • Work with IT to address all landline and cellphone issues for the Eastern Region
  • Tracking new uniform issuance, return and exchanges
  • Keeping inventory supplies/movers data entry, and motor pool/Fleet wave system data entries
  • Assigned other duties as needed
  • Enter SDS/MSDS into system
Eligibility
  • Planning and utilizing efficient time management skills to meet deadlines
  • Proficient knowledge of computer software (Microsoft Word, Excel)
  • Good problem solving and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Reliable with respect to confidentiality
