Are you highly organized, proactive, and energized by supporting senior leaders in a fast-paced environment? As an Administrative Assistant, Practice Support Strategy, you'll serve as a trusted partner to 4 Executives and General Partners, helping them stay focused on strategic priorities by providing exceptional administrative, scheduling, travel, and operational support.
In this highly collaborative role, you'll manage competing priorities, coordinate complex logistics, and build strong relationships across the firm. You'll play a critical role in keeping leaders organized, informed, and prepared, enabling them to make the greatest impact on their teams, clients, and business objectives.
What You'll Do- Manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings, and prioritize scheduling requests based on leadership and business needs.
- Arrange and manage travel logistics, including flights, hotels, transportation, and itineraries, ensuring all travel details are accurately reflected on leaders' calendars.
- Complete, submit, and track expense reports, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Prepare presentations, meeting materials, and other resources to support leadership meetings, projects, and events.
- Monitor incoming requests and communications, helping ensure urgent and high-priority matters receive timely attention.
- Build strong working relationships with key stakeholders and business partners while maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
- Manage multiple priorities simultaneously while delivering accurate, high-quality work and exceptional service.
- Communicate effectively with General Partners regarding scheduling priorities, administrative needs, and time-sensitive requests.
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 5-8 years related experience
- Strong organizational skills with ability to set priorities and handle multiple tasks
- Self-motivated and ability to work independently
- Must have good verbal and written communication skills
- High Degree of Customer Service Experience
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, One Note, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Adobe Professional
- Completes work with a limited degree of supervision
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Candidates that live within a commutable distance from our Tempe, AZ and St. Louis, MO home office locations are expected to work in the office four days per week.
