Affton A Dana Company in St. Louis, MO is seeking a General Office Assistant to join their team. This entry-level position requires an enthusiastic, outgoing, and self-organized individual to handle various office tasks.
Responsibilities- Sort and distribute communications (phone/email) in a timely manner among customers and staff.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Handle filing and scanning of documents.
- Complete simple forms and paperwork as required.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and the Internet. Must be able to operate general office equipment.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
- Strong multitasking abilities.
- Effective listening and communication skills.
- Typing skills are necessary.
- Attention to detail is crucial.
- Comfortable working in an office environment.
- Reliable and dependable.
This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, from 8 am to 5 pm.
