The Regional Sales Office Administrator provides administrative, sales, and operational support to the Regional Sales Office team. This position serves as a central resource for coordinating sales activities, maintaining data accuracy, supporting client communications, and ensuring the efficient execution of projects across multiple properties.
Key Responsibilities- Support Regional Sales Managers with proposal preparation, RFP responses, contracts, and client communications.
- Manage and maintain CRM systems, sales reports and account information
- Coordinate site visits, client events, familiarization tours, and internal meetings
- Prepare sales presentations, executive summaries, and marketing materials
- Generate reports for leadership review
- Maintain organized electronic files and documentation for accounts, contracts, and projects
- Coordinate travel arrangements, registrations, and logistics for trade shows, industry events, and client appointments
- Support special projects, training initiatives, and company-wide sales programs
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Ability to effectively deal with internal and external guests; some of whom will require high levels of patience, tact ad diplomacy to defuse anger to collect accurate information and resolve conflict.
- Ability to listen effectively and to speak and write English.
- Ability to operate a photocopier machine and facsimile machine and computer skills to include word processing, spreadsheets or other “office” products.
- Ability to follow instructions, directions, and meet deadlines.
- Thorough organization and time management skills to complete tasks efficiently and timely.
- Ability to stand, walk, sit to continuously perform the essential functions of the job. Visual and hearing ability to detect and respond to emergency situations.
- Excellent knowledge of English grammar and spelling.
Previous administrative experience preferred.
EducationHigh school diploma or equivalent required. College degree preferred.
