St. Louis Forensic Treatment Center provides specialized care for clients diagnosed with mental illness. We are looking for a positive and energetic individual who has an interest in helping the Utilization Review Department ensure our clients get the appropriate care at the appropriate time to ensure the best health outcomes.

• Ordering supplies for the department
• Printing, copying, and maintaining all necessary forms
• Sending, receiving and recording Important Medicare information and Notice of Discharge
• Entering print shop request
• Planning, scheduling and recording minutes of department meetings.
• Data entry of information into the department databases on excel
• Processing and running the reports for the department
• Uploading documents into an electronic format
• Organizing and maintaining department files
• Other duties as assigned

• At least 1 to 3 years of relevant experience
• No disciplinary action in last 12 months [current State of Missouri applicants]

• Strong oral and written communication
• Intermediate computer skills with experience using Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to effectively communicate within the department
• Reliable with respect to confidentiality
• Efficient time management skills to meet deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
